Welcome to Urhøj Beach Camping, which has been sold to Jakob and Gitte, who will take over the site from January 1, 2024.

Urhøj Beach Camping is located near Kalundborg in West Zealand in scenic surroundings. The site is right by the water with its own beach, meaning you can have a campsite with a sea view. Additionally, we offer three cabins of 25 square meters, also with a sea view.

Urhøj Beach Camping is situated 60 minutes from Copenhagen - a hilly and lush landscape with beech forests and lakes. Nature sets a visually rich and colorful agenda both on Røsnæs, Asnæs, Reersø, and Tissø.

The West Zealand area is strongly influenced by the gusts of history and culture, where many prominent figures have left their mark.

Viking kings Svend Tveskæg and Harald Bluetooth landed on the coast of the Great Belt and founded the Viking fortress Trelleborg.

In Gørlev church, two famous and well-preserved runestones stand, one of which displays the complete runic alphabet.
